What we collect
When you submit our contact form: your company, first and last name, title, email address, mobile number, city, state, how you heard about us (lead source), and what you write in the Project of Interest box. Please don't include confidential, privileged or sensitive personal information in the form. We'll ask for what we need once we've talked.
When you book a call: the details you enter on our scheduling page, such as your name, email address and notes about the call.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: our newsletter is published on Substack, which collects and handles your subscription details under its own privacy policy.
When you browse the site: our website platform and analytics tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard information such as pages visited, browser and device type, referring site and approximate location. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and scope and propose work.
To keep a record of our business contacts and conversations.

We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our business. They handle your information on our behalf: Zoho (contact form and CRM), Microsoft (scheduling and email), Gamma (website hosting) and Substack (newsletter). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've given us by emailing privacy@aigovadvisors.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
If you don't want to hear from us again, tell us and we'll stop.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work as well.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

This website is meant for business visitors and isn't directed to children.
